We own and develop office properties in Sweden, in Malmö and Lund (IDEON Science Park).
Residential
We own residential portfolios in Sweden, in the Stockholm and Öresund regions and are active in project development/construction for our own portfolio and for selling to third parties.
Real Estate
The IDEON Science park and technology park in Lund, Sweden, reflects the diversity of the Ikano Real Estate portfolio. IDEON has been a centre for research and innovation since 1983, and currently houses 250 companies and 3000 employees in 100.000 m2 of lab and office space.
